A Message from the Stewardship Committee chair, Al Saxon
“The joys of Grace are many, and all around us. And all that we have, and all that we are, is a result of the gifts of God. We recognize our good fortune and praise God every week at the offering – “The gifts of God from the people of God”. Grace employs your gifts so that God’s love is felt by all. Our pledges create and support the warm environment that so many of us find comfort in – a spiritual sanctuary, filled with joyous music and Christian fellowship every week. And in our current period of isolation, our pledges are even more critical to the mission of keeping us all connected.
This fall, the Stewardship Committee is asking you to simply continue your pledge for the year ahead. Or, perhaps you will pledge for the first time. As we transition into 2021, Grace will sustain our community and beyond through the means and talents of our members. We need your support to keep Grace vibrant and the rock of our community. We thank you for your amazing generosity in 2020 and pray for that support as we look forward to continuing our many missions and ministries in the year ahead.”
The 2021 Stewardship brochure describes our ministry plans and anticipated income. Our Grace ministerial staff is available if you would like to learn more, and you may make a pledge for 2021 online below. Pledges are the single most important source of funding for our ministries; thank you for ensuring that Grace continues to be a profound and enduring vehicle for sharing God’s love with mercy, reconciliation and justice.
You may submit your 2021 stewardship pledge at any time. Stewardship Sunday is Sunday, November 15. Together “we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.”
