Troop 612 has a very long and rich history, dating back over 60 continuous years. The Troop is known for its active camping program and meets weekly on Fridays at 7:30 p.m. from September through June. Each summer the Troop spends a week at a local Boy Scout Camp in July. In recent years, the Troop has gone backpacking along the 62 mile Loyalsock Trail in central Pennsylvania, sailing at the Boy Scout National High Adventure Sea Base in Florida, and canoeing and whitewater rafting in the Adirondacks of New York State.
