Christian Formation for Junior and Senior High at Grace

NOTE: Our Sunday School begins September 11, 2011.

Church School Class

Meets Sunday mornings at 9:00 am. We start with breakfast followed by class.

The Youth Class meets for “pancakes and Christian study” with two adult leaders in the Anything Goes Room and kitchen. Each week, in a participatory format, we discuss current topics of ethical import and then dive into the Bible to bring to life the prophets, people and families who reach across the ages to show us how to address today’s concerns. There is particular emphasis on exploring the life and times of Jesus and how his messages of hope and faith conquered the same human problems that we face today. Youth ask tough questions about life and faith as they explore moral and ethical issues. Open to post-confirmation youth and older.

Musical Opportunities

Are also provided for our Youth. Please see the choirs section for more details.

Youth Fellowship

Meets Sunday afternoons at 4:00 p.m. or at other times as announced for special activities of learning and fun. Our Youth participate in service activities including Manna House ministries, the Grace Country Fair, the Gala & Auction, and others.
